I/ POSTERS

Excitingly, many participants will be presenting their work in the format of posters.

Here is some useful information for poster presenter:

(1) Presentations: These posters will be displayed throughout both days of the event, so feel free to explore them and engage with the presenters during the coffee breaks. Presenters will alternate between odd and even numbered posters to exchange and discuss with other participants. 

(2) Accessibility: For your convenience, we will create an OSF page compiling digital copies of all posters that will be presented at the summit. This page will be shared with all the participants through a QR code and will remain accessible at any time, from anywhere after the event wraps up.

(3) Preparation:

• Printed poster format: in A0 portrait.

• Upon your arrival, we will assist you in setting up your printed poster and you will receive a tag for your poster number.
